I made this ice cream back in achievement days (long time ago) and it has been a favorite in my family since. We call it AmyLyn's ice cream and the name has just stuck. It's so creamy and wonderful. We love it!
2 cups cream
1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
1 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 cups whole milk
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cups sugar
4 teaspoon vanilla
toppings (we like raspberries from the garden, mint oreo's, and butterfingers... not together of course!)
Mix in ice cream maker and enjoy!
